With Halloween quickly approaching, Luke and I have been cramming as many visits to our local pumpkin patches as possible! There are so many farms to choose from here in Snohomish County, so our list of visited ones is by no means exhaustive. Most locations have your basic staples, like hot apple cider, hand-popped kettle corn, and many different varieties of pumpkins to choose from, but each farm has something unique and special to offer.
Luke and I had our favorite things about each farm we visited. At The Farm at Swan’s Trail, Luke enjoyed the low-hanging apples for picking and the farm animals. We really enjoyed getting hopelessly lost in the corn maze at Bob’s Corn and Pumpkin Farm and watching the hot air balloons come in for a landing right in front of us. At Craven Farm, we shared delicious, locally made apple cider, pumpkin donuts, and a giant bag of kettle corn.
Do you have a favorite pumpkin patch in your area? What makes it a must-visit?
